Policies
Rules •
NO food, drinks, silly string, face paint, animals or shoes aloud in the white jumper at any time.
Damage
If there is any damage preventing the rental of the bounce house for other families you will be responsible for monies lost and asked to pay that back.
Wind
Any wind over 13 miles an hour and the bounce house MUST be turned off until it is safe. If the wind starts after the bounce house is dropped off you will not be refunded your payment.
Rain
If it starts raining after the event the jumper must be turned off immediately. I am not in control of the weather. If it rains after delivery there will not be a refund
Liability
Boise Balloon Babe LLC is not responsible for any personal injury or death. This is a jump at your own risk activity. Boise Balloon Babes is not responsible for any damage to your home or yard from any jumping activities
Booking Fee
50% booking fee is non refundable but can be transferred to another date if available due to weather or other reasons approved by owner. In some events the deposit can be transferred into balloons of the equal amount. price will include delivery and installation fee. or yard from any jumping activities
Refundable Cleaning Fee
There will be a refundable cleaning fee charged initially and will be refunded within 2 weeks after examination of the bounce house. To receive the cleaning fee the bounce house must returned in good condition with no signs of abnormal wear or tear. No evidence of food, scuff marks or shoes being worn ect. this will be to the owners own desertion and is NOT guarenteed to be returned. If the cleaning fee is refunded please allow 14 business days for this to process.
Final Payment
If final payment is not received within 2 days of the final bill the order can be canceled at any time for non payment. Final payment must be done before installation day no exception or the bounce house will not be delivered. please keep an eye on your emails.
Refunds
once payment has been received in full no refunds will be given for cancelations by the client only credit for another event.
Late Fee
Late fees may be applied for payments later then 24 hours after invoice is sent
Policies
all policies are subject to change without notice and at the owners discretion.
